Sitram 20270 Review: Sitram Profiserie 16.5 Liter Commercial Stainless Steel Stockpot. Most of my cookware is from the All-Clad stainless steel line, as I require pots that are made of magnetic steel in order to work with my induction cooktop. I also like the workmanship of the All-Clad pots. I bought this Sitram stockpot after returning a similar pot by All-clad, having found, contrary to stipulation, that it was not induction capable.The Sitram pots are sturdy, durable, and perform as represented.
