Le Creuset L2574-32-67 Review: Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 7-1/2-Quart Bouillabaisse Pot, Red. This has become one of my favorite pots -- it browns things beautifully while the high sides keep the spatters contained. Compare to the Le Creuset "dutch ovens", it has a rounder shape at the bottom so it works well for stir fry too.
