CHANNELLOCK 911 Review: Channellock 911 Cable Cutter. These are the best cutters for cutting copper and tin coated copper cable with out flatening out the wire. I cut cable up to .5" with these and I have to braze or micro weld them together and most cutters flaten out the wire making it very diffecult to get a good weld.
