Le Creuset L2501-22-67 Review: Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 3-1/2-Quart Round French Oven, Cherry. This French Oven is just the right size for the two of us. I can fill it halfway for a typical meal, or make a double recipe in order to freeze some for another time. It browns things well, goes easily from stove-top to oven, holds the heat in during long simmering, cleans up quickly with a little soak in warm water, and looks great.
